What can be returned

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

Please note: 

1. Your item must be in its original packaging.

2. You are responsible for your own shipping costs.

Contact us by emailing hi@blackmythofwukong.com with your return request, order number, and a picture of the item in its original packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we'll let you know what address to send the item back to, and once we receive and inspect it, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 10 business days according to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at hi@blackmythofwukong.com.

Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.

EU 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason whatsoever and without stating a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the original condition it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
